Are you ready to close your account? Our Customer Success team will assist you with your request to disable/delete your Placeit account.
What to expect
- Your Placeit favourites, drafts, and downloads will be deleted.
- Once your Placeit account deletion request has been successfully processed and your account is deactivated, please note that any saved or downloaded items associated with your account will not be recoverable.
- If you are an Envato author, any items you have for sale on our site(s) will be removed.
- It is worth noting that once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to any of Envato's other products or purchases you have made there, including:
- Envato Market (ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, GraphicRiver, AudioJungle, VideoHive, PhotoDune and 3DOcean),
- Envato Elements subscription,
- Tuts+.
Make sure you send a request from the email address associated with your Placeit account, otherwise, we may need to ask you a few questions to verify your account ownership.
