What to expect
- Your Placeit favorites, drafts, and downloads will be removed.
- After your account deletion request is completed and your account is deactivated, please keep in mind that any saved or downloaded items linked to your account cannot be recovered.
- If you're an Envato author, any items you have listed for sale on our site(s) will be taken down.
- Please note that once your account is deleted, you won’t have access to any of Envato's other products or purchases you’ve made, including:
- Envato Market (ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, GraphicRiver, AudioJungle, VideoHive, PhotoDune, and 3DOcean),
- Envato Elements subscription,
- Tuts+.
Be sure to send a request from the email address linked to your Placeit account. If you use a different email, we might need to ask a few questions to confirm your account ownership.
