Change Your Account Details

You can update your account information anytime by visiting the Envato account management page.

• How can I update my account details?

  If you want to update your Envato Account details like:

  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Username (please note there are some restrictions on changing usernames)
  • Name (if your account includes tax information, you'll need to update your tax details instead)

  Just follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you're signed in to your Placeit Account.
  2. Go to the Envato Account page.
  3. You'll be redirected to the Envato account management page where you can edit your details.

  

  4. Make the changes you need.
  5. When you're done, enter your current password and click 'Save changes' to confirm.

  Keep in mind that these updates will apply across all Envato sites.

• Signing in with a social account

  If you sign in using a social account, you can only update your username here. Other account details need to be managed through your social account settings.

  

  If you'd like to set a password for your Placeit account and sign in with a username and password, please contact our support team to update your account settings.
