Please note that deleting your account will remove all your information from our servers, including your Purchases, Favorites, and Drafts. If you currently have a Placeit subscription, you'll need to cancel it before deleting your account. Deleting your Placeit account won't affect your Envato Account. You will still be able to access all Envato products using your existing username and password. If you'd like to delete your Envato account, please submit a new request here using the email address linked to your Envato account.
To delete your Placeit account:
- Go to “My account”
- Click on the “Delete my account” link located at the bottom right of the “Account Information” section.
