Keep in mind that deleting your account will erase all information from our servers, including your Purchases, Favorites, and Drafts. If you have a current Placeit subscription, you will be asked to cancel your subscription before deleting your account. Deleting your Placeit account will not delete your Envato Account. You will continue to have access to all Envato products with your existing username and password. If you wish to delete your Envato account, please submit a new request here, and use the email address that is associated with your Envato account.
To delete your Place it account:
- Head over to “My account”
- Select the “Delete my account” link at the bottom right of the “Account Information” section.
