If you’re not currently using the service and have the Unlimited Monthly plan, we recommend pausing your subscription. This way, you can skip one payment and then continue your subscription after a month.
To pause your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Go to the My account section located at the top right corner of the website.
- Click on the “Cancel my subscription” link at the bottom right of the “Account Information” section.
- You will see an option to pause your Placeit account.
Keep in mind, your account will automatically reactivate after one billing cycle.
How can I unpause my subscription
To reactivate your account, just follow these steps:
- Go to the My Account section on Placeit.net.
- Click the “Resume my subscription” button.
