If you are not using the service and are on the Unlimited Monthly plan, we suggest pausing the subscription. You will skip one payment and continue your subscription after one month.
To go for the Pausing option, please follow these steps:
- Go to the My account section at the top right corner of the website.
- Select the “Cancel my subscription” link at the bottom right of the “Account Information” section.
- You should see the option to pause your Placeit account.
Please note that your account will be reactivated automatically after one billing cycle.
How can I unpause my account
To reactivate your account, please follow these steps:
- Go to the My Account section on Placeit.net.
- Click on the “Resume my subscription” button.
