If you decide to cancel your subscription, you'll lose access to Placeit Templates and the ability to create Customized Products automatically when your current billing cycle ends. Basically, after that date, you won't be able to download any new templates or generate new customized products.
What happens to your account and existing products:
- Your Envato account will not be deleted. Should you decide to return—either by resubscribing or making a one-off purchase—you can easily do so using the same account you've cancelled.
- You will retain access to all Customized Products you created prior to cancellation.
- When you purchase any content from Placeit.net (either individually or with a subscription), you get the permanent right to use it on any platform you want, even if you cancel your plan later.
- We cannot guarantee the permanent storage of your Customized Products on our servers after cancellation. It is essential that you download all of your Customized Products before you cancel your subscription.
How to cancel my subscription?
We're sorry to see you go, however if you still need to cancel your Placeit subscription, just follow these simple steps:
- Go to the my account section located at the top right corner of the Placeit website.
- Click on the Cancel my subscription link at the bottom right of the “Account Information” section.
- Choose the reason for canceling.

Click the Cancel Subscription button to confirm your choice.
A promotion might be available depending on current deals, and you can decide whether to accept it. Please note that if you opt for a free month, it will take effect at the end of your current billing period—not right away.
- Finally, you can set a reminder to come back to Placeit by choosing the number of months or simply selecting “No thanks.”
Note: Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll see a message at the top of the page with the exact expiration date.
