At Placeit, we do our best to support all major web browsers. However, since web technologies are always evolving, you might occasionally experience some issues when uploading your designs to a mockup or design template.
If the designs you upload to Placeit don’t look right—for example, if they overlap with other images you’ve already added—there are a couple of simple ways to try and fix the problem.
-
Clear your browser cookies
-
Add “?ngin=off” to the URL
Simply add
?ngin=offto the end of the Placeit URL you’re using. For example, if you’re working on a t-shirt mockup and the URL looks like this:https://placeit.net/c/mockups/stages/t-shirt-mockup-of-a-man
Just add
?ngin=offto the end, like this:https://placeit.net/c/mockups/stages/t-shirt-mockup-of-a-man?ngin=off
This should help you upload your graphics without any further issues.
-
Check your VPN or browser extensions
Please make sure you’re not using a VPN or browser extensions that might affect how the page works. Extensions like Adblock can sometimes interfere with Placeit’s features. To see if this is the case, try using an incognito or private browsing window. You can also find helpful articles below on managing extensions in different browsers:
Chrome
Firefox
Safari
